| Onterie Center Joins Village Green’s Chicago Region |
Rising 60 stories above Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood, Onterie Center, a 615-unit apartment community, is the latest addition to Michigan-based Village Green’s family. Onterie Center sits in a prime location between Michigan Ave. and Lakeshore Drive, minutes from Navy Pier.
The high-rise community will undergo luxury apartment and common area renovations. Premium unit upgrades will include new bathroom fixtures, countertops, vanities and lighting; new appliances, countertops, lighting and cabinetry in the kitchen; and new flooring and carpeting throughout the space.
