I have lived a lot of places, and the Lake Calhoun City Apartments is an enjoyable, fun, and very easy place to live. The staff is courteous, efficient, and very responsive; the facility is beautifully maintained and aesthetically very pleasing; the location is great! Details like the pool, fitness center, and community rooms are all great. More basic and equally important stuff like the heat and air conditioning, parking, elevators, mail room, etc., are also well functioning and are consistently good. Finally, I have found the people in the building to be very friendly and outgoing, while being respectful and neighborly.

Lake Calhoun City Apartments is a great place to live and enjoy the city of Minneapolis and beauty of the Lakes. It offers a new, clean and contemporary living environment with all the amenities of a nice hotel. It is great to walk to nearby restaurants and the grocery store. The leasing and management team are very professional and always follow up with tenant requests. I highly recommend checking it out.

I love living in Lake Calhoun City Apartments. It's a very nice place to live! The location is, by far, one of the best. Minutes away from Uptown, and Lake Calhoun is across the street; you have the advantage of fun nights and a quiet place at the same time. It truly encompasses whatever you want! Simply wonderful. The crowd living here is very friendly, and the staff members extremely neat and professional. Living here for me has been like staying in a long and relaxing vacation (especially in Summer!)
The apartments are so well designed that although they are not enormous, they accommodate the space nicely.
In other words, if someone asked me, I would highly recommend Lake Calhoun City apartments, (take it from someone who is very picky about everything)!
